If you're having problems with your audio, try checking your internet connection. If the connection isn't the problem, contact customer support to resolve the issue quickly.

Read books or listen to music using any of the major web browsers and mainstream devices. We support up-to-date versions of the following: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 8 or greater, on the following operating systems, Windows Phone, Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, or Linux.

To report an issue, and get it fixed, please contact a customer service representative. Specify the name of the book, the device and browser being used, and describe the issue in detail. It would be our pleasure to resolve it for you.

BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

If you experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraud, or an accidental billing mistake occurred, you qualify for a refund. If you didn't get the experience you expected, you might be refund eligible. For additional assistance or to request a refund, call a live representative by calling toll-free 1-888-818-5601. Please refer to our Terms of Service for a more detailed overview of our refund policy.

You can easily cancel your membership any time by filling out this simple online cancellation form or by calling 1-888-818-5601. You'll no longer be billed but retain access to your account for the rest of the term previously paid for.

All of our members are free to cancel their subscriptions whenever they wish, no questions asked. If you cancel before the end of your subscription, you'll still have access to all of our content for the remaining period. Once you cancel, you'll receive a confirmation and no longer continue to be invoiced.

You should no longer be invoiced after cancelling. If you received a confirmation email after cancelling your account but have still been billed, contact our support staff to look into the error.
